Uttar Pradesh skill development (UPSDM) recruits various posts every year in different zones. Recently UPSDM was notified for filling up various posts of Manager & Advisor cum MIS Manager positions. This message was announced in the year 2014 after announcing alerted many interested and qualified candidates have filled in application form through online mode and also were appearing in written examinations. After successfully completed the written exam Ministry will announce new notification for recruitment of various posts. This is not conformed to when the message will be published, but it is confirmed that it will announce soon on its website. After announcing the release, some candidates download the message from the official website and see full details of recruitment as how to apply, age limit, educational qualification, etc. filling process. Election of all candidates shall be based on written examination and interview.
Uttar Pradesh skill development (UPSDM) has been established in the state to continue development skills in a coordinated manner. The missions envisaged that by the end of the period Twelth Plan, all youth of the state who do not want to or not, because of some reason also economical, pursuing formal general education by class 5 would have justified the choice to acquire skills relevant to employers , at a reasonable cost and within a reasonable distance from their residence and would have the facility to get professional advice to make good choices based on their interests and safety and employment potential of excellence and will also be easier to obtain location by acquiring certification. To achieve this, the assignment will integrate the efforts of various departments of state and central government organizations engaged in providing skills training development and make available employment oriented and location related training in vocational skills to 45 lakh youth aged 14 to 35 years of 2016-17, and even greater pace then by working with government and private education, while ensuring equitable access to the most disadvantaged, including women; and work placement preferably at least 70% of educated young salaried wage and self-employment to contribute to economic development in the state.
