SBI PO: English Language sample questions

For recruitment of 1837 posts of official test, the country's largest bank, State Bank of India (SBI) plan on competitive examination on 14 June 2014. The exam will have two parts, Part A contains objective type questions and Part B is a descriptive review. The objective type paper consists of four sections with 50 questions (each 1 mark for each question): reasoning, data analysis and interpretation, General awareness, marketing and computer and English.

To score well in the exam, candidates must solve as many questions as possible Other documents. Show the following questions have been transferred for consideration by SBI PO recruitment 2014.

This is a test to see how well you know English. English want their ability to be tested through questions of grammar, vocabulary, sentence completion, synonyms, antonyms, comprehension of a passage, etc. Study and answer the questions as follows:

DIRECTIONS FOR QUESTIONS 1,2,3: Pick out the most appropriate word from amongst the words given below each sentence to complete it meaningfully.
