Education Qualifications :
Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Ceramic/Chemical/Civil/Computer Science/IT/Electrical/Electronics/Industrial/Mechanical/Metallurgy/Mineral Processing/Mining Engineering subjects with 60% marks merit for Sr.No.1-6,8-13 posts
Graduation with PG/PG Diploma in Sociology/Social Work/Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management/IR OR MBA with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/HR with 60% marks merit for Sr.No.17 posts.
Graduation with CA/ICWA Examination pass with 60% marks merit for Sr.No.15 posts.
Graduation in Arts/Science/Commerce with MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management with 60% marks merit for Sr.No.16 posts
Graduation in Civil/Chemical/Mining Engineering with 60% marks merit for Sr.No.07 posts.
Age Limit :
The Executives attained maximum age limit 27 years as on 24.03.215.Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex.Serviceman candidates as per Rules.
Pay Scale :
The Executive Trainees will be offered Basic Pay of Rs. 20600/- per Month.
Selection Mode :
Candidates will be required to appear for a Written Examination, Group Discussion & Interview performance skills.
Written Examination consists of objective type questions Domain knowledge test for 100 marks and Aptitude test consisting of four segments via Quantitative aptitude, Verbal ability, Reasoning and General awareness for 25 marks/total duration of test will be 150 minutes at any one of the centres at Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Raipur.
Shortlisted for Group Discussion (GD) and Interview in the ratio of 1:5 for each discipline
Application Fee :
Non-refundable application fee Rs.300/- paid by Online (Gateway) using Net-Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card system.
