Oversight Committee for admission to professional colleges instructed Kerala Private Medical College Management Association (KPMCMA) to cancel all permits issued outside the list of qualified rank 408 passed the entrance examination, which was held earlier this year.
In a statement here ASC, headed by JM James Justice, said the details of the process for receiving control 35 percent quota of seats and 15 percent of the NRI quota seats KPMCMA member colleges, which were directed to be filed before the ASC, were given eight colleges, namely, Sri Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences; Sree Gokulam Medical College; KMCT College of Medicine; Ministry of Emergency Medical College; Travancore Medical College; PMS College of Medicine; Malabar Medical College; and Azeezia Medical College.
However, the answers were "incomplete, erroneous and against the norms established by the ASC, the report said. On further examination of the list of candidates provided by the members of the college ASC also noted that members of the college considered inappropriate candidates.
