Common entrance examination (JEE) main for upcoming session will be held 4 April 2015, and today is the last date for submission of applications online.
Examination held in two parts: JEE-Main and JEE advanced. Candidates who removes IIT-JEE main examination can appear for IIT JEE-advance giving access to IITs.

JEE main 2015 exam will have two documents:
Paper 1- (BE / B.Tech) -eksamen becomes the target in nature with equal weightage physics, chemistry and mathematics
Paper 2 - (B. Arch / B. Planning) -
The paper is objective in nature with questions to test drawing aptitude.
Paying for examination at the time of registration can be paid via debit card and credit card or E-challan generated upon completion of the program.

Candidates can appear for a maximum of three times this engineering entrance exam. Around 13 lakh students appeared for the JEE Main exam in 2014. The survey was conducted jointly by IIT Guwahati, IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, Madras Technology, IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay.
