Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has invited applications for admission to MTech course in different disciplines during the session 2015. The eligible and interested candidates are required to apply the 31 March.
Candidates for admission has acquired a first class degree or have obtained at least 60 per cent (55 per cent marks for SC / ST) in BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) /M.Sc/ MCA / MBBS / M.Pharm / B.Pharm (title four years) / BDS (4 year degree) / associate membership examinations conducted by recognized professional bodies (such as the Institution of Engineers (India) Institute of Chemical Engineers , Aeronautical Society of India, Institute of Electronic & Telecommunication Engineers, Indian Institute of Metals, etc ..) and recognized as equivalent to BE / graduate degree in technology.
Applicants must pay an application fee in the following format:
Male candidates GN / OBCNC: Rs 300
Third gender candidates (T): Rs 300
Female candidates GN / OBCNC 150 crore
SC / ST candidates Men 150 crore
SC / ST candidates Women 150 crore
The fees paid by credit card / debit payment system SBI internet banking online / demand draft drawn on any nationalized bank (preferably State Bank of India / Canara Bank) in favor of paying "Registrar, IIT Bombay" branch in Mumbai.
Candidates will be short listed on the basis of their score door. Candidates have an IIT graduate degree in technology and have a score of CGPA / CPI 8 to 10 are exempt from the requirement GATE qualification.
