The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) provides advisory services to students of CBSE affiliated schools and parents to help them deal with exam related stress and cause.
The service is a community outreach program provided free of cost through counseling, advice Chandra online question and answer columns in national newspapers, according to a written reply to the Lok Sabha, Minister of Human Resources Smriti Irani.
The tele-counseling is provided by the school principals and counselors trained during exam preparation during February to April and the declaration of results during the May-June.
Students and parents can make and toll free number from anywhere in the country with access to centralized phone CBSE.
