With board exams tension soaring high, candidates can follow the tips and tricks mentioned below to turn stress:

Relax: Do not panic. Not drain your brain thinking about what happens will happen. It's still going to happen. Start with the subject you like best. Chemistry? Economy? Psychology? Whichever you like best.

Time Management is key: Make a plan for yourself. As the subject are weak? As the topic needs more time? Plan a timetable for yourself and stick to it. Deploying enough time to all subjects. Each of them is equally important. Make goals and try to achieve them.

Understand the terms: it is important to understand the concepts than just mugging them. If you understand the topics, it becomes easier to give them a figure under examination. Change it and then practice as much as possible. Solving such papers, test papers, ten years question papers with full devotion.

Put it aside phone: concentrate on your studies. Turn off the phone for a while unless you stop to control each WhatsApp text or every Facebook notification on the screen every five seconds.

Sleep well, eat healthy: study is important. But give rest and nourishment to your body is equally important. Maggie sessions and fried chips not allowed. Eating fruits, leafy vegetables. Drink juice, green tea, soups. However coffee should be avoided as too much caffeine is not good for health. Also, the body needs rest. According to a research, the human body can retain only ten hours a day.
