Bihar Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister, Upendra Kushwaha, Saturday declared that the ministry would seek reports of uncontrolled cheating Board exam in the state of Bihar government. According to sources from PTI, the minister said, "Union HRD Ministry will seek a report from the state on the subject and provide guidelines for implementing cheating without examination.
Reprimanding state Education Minister PK Shahi for incompetent guarantee cheating without examination, he said, "matriculation exam in the state are carried out under pathetic conditions." "Patna High Court has rightly said that if the minister can not conduct fair examination he should stay away from responsibility," added HRD Minister.
Khushwaha is also the president of the Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) said, "If he (Shahi) is not competent, he should make way for others? | He will be asked to say so."
Despite distributed faculties, invigilators and security guards, class 10 students were seen copying from notes and authorities do not seem to react in any way. Open cheating traveled many questions about the administration and government.
Also exam for Hindi paper I subject was scheduled to be completed on March 22, but it got canceled as the question papers were wrongly distributed to candidates on Surya Narayan Singh Yadav Inter College in Purnia district.
Total 14.26 lakh candidates appear these examinations at 1,217 centers. Examination which began on March 17 will conclude on March 24.
